কাব্যাশ্রিত এই লেখাগুলো লেখক লিখেছিলেন এক কঠিন সময়ে। একটা ঘোরের মধ্যে। রাষ্ট্র তখন অস্থির এন.আর.সি, সি.এ.এ নিয়ে। তিনি ন্যাশনাল মেডিকেল কলেজের বেডে বসে একের পর এক এই লেখাগুলো লিখছিলেন। নিজের প্রশান্তির জন্যই। লেখাগুলো সে-সময় ভীষণ সাড়া পড়ে। তাড়াহুড়ো না করে লেখক আত্মনিবেশ করেছেন এই পাণ্ডুলিপিতে। অনেকেই একে কবিতা বললেও লেখক তা বলতে নারাজ। তিনি বলেছেন টেক্সট।
